NO DISPLAY ON MY MONITOR
99.9% of the time a 'No Signal' on a monitor is due to incorrectly setup. So lets ensure all is correct.
Did you buy the Beginner Bundle or Savage Gaming Computer?
If you did so then there is only 1 HDMI cable. Please do not use any other cable other than a HDMI cable, there is just one port on the back of the PC please utilise that.
If you bought something other than the beginner/savage PC -
You will likely have multiple ports, the only HDMI port you should be using is the ones in the LIGHT BLUE box in the photo below
no display
If you think you have it all connected correctly the next step is to ensure your monitor is selected to HDMI. If you have an LG branded monitor it will ask you to confirm the select so press the 'OK' button on the screens bezel to select HDMI.
Getting higher fps
Getting higher FPS in game is a complex situation and all depends on what game you are playing, the specification of your PC, the resoluation you are playing at and more importantly the in-game graphical quality settings you have.
We would always recommend lowering the texture quality/shadows in the in-game menu until you get a gaming experience in that game that is playable.
All gaming computers have their limits and knowing yours is important to ensure you get the best experience possible.
HOW DO I CHARGE THE LIGHTS ON THE PC
Depending on your computer's case this can be different.
If you purchased a white luna gaming PC then the lights are locked in and cannot be changed. If you purchased a Raptor or above the case has a remote control in your envelope that can be used to switch the modes of colour. Some of the black cases have a button on top of the case if you press that it should cycle through the lights

I'VE RUN OUT OF SPACE
Storage isn't unlimited like any device and it is important to keep on top of your files to ensure you don't fill the hard drives up. If you don't play a game then it is good practice to uninstall it, you will be able to reinstall it at any time and won't have to purchase it again.
If you have more than one hard drive you can download / install files onto the available hard drive - you do this by selecting the drive you want when you are prompted to decide during the installation process.
You can add hard drives to your PC but would recommend a technician to do such upgrades.

UPDATES & VIRUS PROTECTION
Checking for regular updates on your PC is fundamental to ensuring it is running correctly. Please atleast one per month do the follow;
1. Type 'Updates' in the search box bottom right of your desktop
2. Click 'Check for updates'
3. Then again click the box that says 'Check for Updates'
4. Windows will then download and install updates
5. Restart your PC
Windows comes with Windows Defender which is a free virus/malware protection but we would recommend a 3rd party virus scanner such as Norton.
